Minimum Rental Time: 3 hours (unless booking a guided program).
Early and late requests for extensions may be accommodated, additional rental fees will apply.
Mountsberg:
A. New R. Ross Craig Discovery Centre - Upper Level
1. a. The Dufferin Aggregates Room -or-
b. Hummingbird Room (Capacity = 40 each, 80 total when partition is removed)
2. The Douglas R. Cockburn Room (Capacity = 50)
Crawford Lake:
A. The Gathering Place (Capacity= 60)
Please Note: The Gathering Place is only rented on evenings, weekends and in the summer months.
Terms:
A 50% deposit of total fees is required 3 weeks prior to the booking date. Facility rentals do not include admission for general park use. Admission fees for park use must be paid upon arrival to the Mountsberg Discovery Centre or Crawford Lake Visitors Centre.
One hour of complimentary set-up or take down time is provided for all rentals (pending facility availability).

*Note-Park admission fees for program participants is included in the price of interpretive programs, raptor demonstrations, guided hikes and wagon/sleigh rides.
